An Americana Art Show with a Heart

Attendees get an opportunity to "VOTE" for their favorite Petaluma charities

The producers of Americana Art Fest have given this year's attendees of the show a unique opportunity to give back to the Petaluma community.

At the entrance to the show, each paid admission will come with an old-fashioned wooden nickel.  "We wanted a fun way to give back to the Petaluma community" says Stephanie Sherratt, Show Producer and Petaluma resident.

"Each wooden nickel represents $1, and attendees can visit our nostalgic voting booth and drop their nickel into the bucket of their choice and donate to a great charitable cause."

"This gives each person an opportunity to be involved, give back, and perhaps become more aware of these three great causes.

Additionally, an art and merchandise raffle will be held on the day of the show.  Raffle tickets will be for sale throughout the day and the raffle will include original artwork and merchandise prizes.  Proceeds from the raffle will be divided equally amongst the three charities.

This year's causes include:

The American Healing Arts Foundation: A non-profit organization that promotes art classes at no cost to our Veterans.

Petaluma River Promenade: Raising money to restore and beautify Petaluma's downtown riverfront.

The Fabulous Women:  A local group dedicated to supporting meaningful causes, providing emotional and financial support to families facing various challenges.

What could be better.... Shopping, Inspiration, and a chance to do good!
